I have had Steve Ozer work on my computer over the past 5 years or so from time to time. I am always very pleased with the outcome. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. He gets back to me quickly when I need his help, and schedules appointments within a short period of time. He is always prompt on the day of service, and checks back with me to see if I have had any further problems or questions.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving our serious laptop virus issues. We rely heavily on our laptops, and we faced corruption due to viruses. It was easy to setup up an appointment that worked within my schedule and Steve was there as promised. He explained what he was doing as well as the time required and cost. I even got a few tips on how to avoid these situations in the future. Ideas I never would have thought about myself. I was very pleased with his service and would strongly recommend him to others facing these issues.

I have hired Steve multiple times over the years to work on my computers, as I am not what one would call savvy in the genre. He has NEVER failed to locate and permanently solve any problems within my systems and does not stop until things are in perfect working order. We have used this service several times over the past 6 years and have been pleased every time. Steve responded to messages quickly and arrived promptly. He was able to recover the computer we thought was lost to infection by viruses (twice!) and rebuilt a video card problem another time. When the 15+ year old computer finally bit the dust, Steve was able to recover our stuff to install on the new machine. He offers He spent the time to install anything we needed on the new machine, including a program which lets him help us remotely. He responds to questions by email or text quickly.

I had told Steve Ozer {Owner} what I wished to have converted to new computer he supplied. He then took my computer to his office on 4/29/16. He stopped by on 5/9/16 and gave me about a 10 minute demonstration and stated he had some where to go. When using computer I learned many files not converted and many of computer functions did not work. I wrote him listing problems and missed items. He responded stating all worked when he left and I should hire someone else to correct the problems. I attempted to call him to find that he blocked all calls from my number as well as access to his Facebook sites. I wrote a blog on a local county complaint page and was told that he has done the same to them. I am 80 as were the respondents. I guess older folks are a easy mark. One gentleman wrote that he copied his service ad but replaced his Phone# with his. I have documentation on the responses of the blog stated above, as well as emails from Steve Ozer. Comments from blog- He did the same thing to my grandparents, took their money, didn't solve their issue then blocked their calls as well I'd like to point out THATS NOT ME lol. He advertised an exact copy of my Penny Power ad word for word (including "Call Steve at ...[his own number]") Mine's XXXXXX. I got some handy legal help to put a stop to it.
