Perfectly! We called in the morning and he was fixing the problem early in the afternoon. He suggested improvements in addition to fixing the critical issue. All this when there's lots of snow on the ground and freezing temperatures. I'm very happy to have found a fantastic plumber who I can depend on.

My landlord's agent relies on this plumber so he wasn't my choice but he would be if I was paying the bill. I called Joe's number and he answered promptly (no voicemail), I explained the problem, and we quickly agreed on a time he would come by the next day, fast service. He showed up right on time with a big truck full of gear. He is a very cheerful person, polite and professional. He first disassembled the faucet and explained what he was doing: trying to see if the old one could be repaired. It was clear after a minute or two that the repair was not going to work. He explained that he has made so many of these calls, he carries standard kitchen faucets with sprayers in his truck so he doesn't have to waste time running to the plumbing supply store. He installed the new gear in 20 minutes or less. My landlord is a skinflint so I know the fee was not excessive and even if it was a bit more than another plumber, I'd rely on this one because he handled himself and the job efficiently and with a smile. This is the second repair he's made in this apartment. The first was equally pleasant.
