+ -1 moreIt went great. They were very easy to schedule, they called ahead of time as promised to update me on their arrival, and they did an amazing job. That piano removal was no easy task but they handled it very well. They also cleaned up the area in both the basement and garage after removing everything. I was very impressed. Their pricing on piano removal is great. They're one of the few places that states the pricing up front with a flat fee. Other places I checked with had a minimum fee, and then charged extra depending on the size of the piano and how it had to be moved. In both cases the minimum was higher than the flat fee that was charged by CleanoutJunk.com. They were great to hire and I would absolutely use them again!
Description of Work: Remove piano from basement, haul away bookshelf and and assorted junk.

+ -1 moreBoth guys were wonderful! They were courteous, helpful, moved things so I could look at them and make decisions and they were very fast. This was a tremendous help to me since I'm disabled and have no capacity to do the heavy lifting and cleaning any longer. They managed in 1.5 hours to complete work that would have taken me about 3 weeks. They were extremely professional and courteous. I'm sad to say I find it surprising because they were young and I've had too many experiences with young people who were less than professional when providing a service. I am thrilled with what they accomplished and will bring them back when I've got more rooms to tackle.
Description of Work: They removed a basement full of derelict furniture, exercise equipment, and garbage in under 2 hours.

Description of Work: They took away some extra stuff from around my house. They even took away a bike to be donated and helped move some stuff from room to room.
