About us

We are a local family owned business with a regional footprint. Uniformed, professional well trained truck teams arrive to complete all of our junk removal projects. Each of our employees passes a criminal background check and has a clean driver record. Many of our junk removal teams are employed with other jobs such as fireman, police officers, recent police academy graduates, college students, recent college graduates, sports writers, etc. We conduct safety training programs every two weeks to insure safe removal techniques, safe lifting techniques and best driver safety practices are used. Customer service is our expertise. Our goal is to do our jobs to the best of our ability for each customer. We are simply the best professional, ethical and courteous company in the business. Our service trucks are 15 cubic yards, hydraulic lift box trucks made for our industry. We do not use an open trailer, pickup trucks, etc. Our company and employees are fully insured. We are one of the largest commercial junk removal companies.

Description of Work: My parents passed away and their house had scads of miscellaneous items that could not be sold or given away. They came in, gave us an estimate and came back as promised and cleaned everything out. It included hauling it away. |Great job. Very pleased.

Description of Work: They were running behind from another job, but called and gave me a revised arrival time. They arrived on time for the new time. Dan and Ed were polite and courteous. Both performed the job in a professional manner. They had to pick up a lot of old decking that was over 2 years old. Very dirty and messy which included spiders and 2 snakes. I would highly recommend this company and employees.

After being stood up by another company, CleanOut offered same day service. A team of two guys got the job done in less than 3 hours. They were all work and no play. A great company to work with.
