Burdick's Carpet Cleaning

They charged $250 for about 300sf of carpet and were done in about 45 minutes. They wanted $79 to do a 4x8sf closet (which I didn't do). I had already moved all the furniture. All they had to do was clean. The carpet looked fine when they left, but they damaged my wall corner at the top of the stairs. They'll talk to you about "wicking", which really means they don't clean to the bottom of the carpet so in a week or so the dirt they didn't get will rise to the top and your carpet will look dirty again in no time, especially in traffic areas. I own a good steam cleaner that I have used in the past, I just wanted a pro to do it this time. Never again. I do as good a job or better.

An excellent experience. My carpets look like new.

Did an excellent job, as they always do. My only problem with them is they are very high priced. They will come out quickly on an emergency and have for me. That is why I continue to use them. If price were he only consideration they would not be at the top of my list.

They were thorough, quick, and clean. The work was done in a timely fashion.

They are a little pricey but very good. I have used them 3 times. They really know their stuff. They are highly qualified and have tons of carpet cleaning certifications. They steam cleaned my tile and it looks brand new. The second time I had them out was the first time I had ever had my oriental carpet cleaned. There was no bleeding or fading of the colors. I had some stains on there and they were able to get them out. It definitely looked cleaner when they were finished. They come when they are supposed to come, return calls, and don't leave the carpets soaking wet.
