Bucks County Appliance Repair

BCAR's repair technician did not show within two hour arrival window on the morning of 14 September. The administrative side was responsive to my calls but said they still could not reach their repairman two hours after the time window. Assuming an accident, etc., I rescheduled for Monday morning. When the repairman did not show again I left for work promptly at the close of the time window at 10 a.m. and left a voicemail with the company notifying them and cancelling the service. At 1015 I was called by BCAR and told the repairman was going to be 30 minutes to an hour late. I again cancelled the service. At 11 a.m. I was called by the repairman, John Casey, saying he was at my house. He seemed upset when I cancelled the service a third time. That afternoon I received an SMS text from the repairman that was obviously meant for another client requesting they contact him about the washer he diagnosed. I don't know if they are any good at appliance repair but not being able to handle the administrative side of getting to house and communicating with the customer reflects on their business competency to the degree I don't want to find out. If your time is important to you, I would not recommend dealing with BCAR.
