 + -1 moreService tech arrived at our home within an hour of initial call. (This was after we tried 3 other companies who basically weren't concerned or refused our business) He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted the furnace and ended up replacing igniter box which he had in the truck. He spent less than an hour at our home and we had heat!!!! Couldn't have been a better ending to an otherwise frustrating evening! Will be calling again when we purchase a new furnace!!! Great service!!
Description of Work: Emergency service call for a non-operational heater on a Friday evening. Performed troubleshooting & replaced igniter box.

 + -1 moreI called early on a Monday morning after they opened. I advised them that it was not a plumbing emergency and had happened on the weekend. The office advised me they would probably be out the next day which I had no problem. About an hour later, they called and said they would be over in about a |half hour. They had to order the part because my fixtures were brass which they do not stock. However, they temporarily put on a chrome arm. About 2-3 three weeks they came back and installed the brass part. This is the third time I have used this company and have been please with their service on all occasions.
Description of Work: A shower arm broke off and threads remained in the elbow in the wall. I was unable to remove the remaining piece myself so I called S. J. Eaton who I had used in the past.

 + 0 moreThey were very professional. They were on time, explained everything they were doing, talked about to make the system last longer and how much longer I could expect it to last. They were very clean while working and cleaned up what little mess they did make before leaving.
