garbage collection
+ -1 moreThey are very nice and you may have a better experience than I did. Their prices are good but I did not get good customer services. They did not understand that I pay them for a service for my convenience not for their driver's convenience. They promised to deliver a 96 gallon can within 7 days of payment. I paid immediately, they did not deliver with no explanation offered. I will not use their services but I do not say for anyone else not to use them. I think they seem to be a good enough company where my experience may have been a one off incident. cost is per quarter and convenient to pay
Description of Work: First of all these are very nice people and the first time they picked up trash the were very efficient and picked up everything they promised. However the also promised to bring a 96 gallon can to my house within 7 days of payment. That was not done with no explanation. When I finally asked was simply told that they did not have any. After the first pickup, I received a call from them informing me that they did not like where my trash was being picked up from the street next go my house and I had to put it in front of my house. I did not really get any explanation why other than the driver said so. For the last 16 years my tras has been picked up next to my hose not in front. None of my neighbors put their trash in the front of their houses and there are at least three other trash disposal companies who will comply with what I will pay them for
