+ -1 moreInstallation went very well. Professional technicians that did a good job overall. Explained operation of unit in detail after we called them at least two times to be sure how it should operate during all seasons of the year for heating/cooling/dehumidification.
Description of Work: Provided information on operation of new ductless heat pump for basement. Unit was installed September 2013.
