I've actually had work done by them twice. They came out the day that I called which was amazing because all of the other people were going to be a day or two. I have 3 small kids so I definitely needed hot water. They were one of the only ones that actually answer their phones. A lot of the other companies had answering machines, which I don't understand. The price was good and the quality was great.
