Very well very quick.

Called in the beginning of April.... took a LONG time to get him to finally show up. Like two MONTHS. With several phone calls from me trying to get him to come. Keep in mind my roof was leaking this entire time. Shame on me for not going somewhere else, but Angie's list didn't have a lot of input in my area, and this guy had a good rating. Once he did show up, he did the work quickly, quietly, and efficiently, leaving no trace he'd been there, and the leak was fixed. I was satisified. However, the leak has re-appeared this week. I called him, and he said he would be here sometime this week to have a look. True to form, he didn't show up or call. I'm going to give him a little more time, since it is a repair to his work that needs to be done. But if I don't hear from him next week, I'm going to have to go elsewhere. My feeling about this guy is that he is a nice guy who does good work when he shows up. But he is disorganized and you can't rely on him to be where he says he's going to be when he says he'll be there. UPDATE: Never heard from Mr. Moore. Did not try and call him again. Evidently he was not very interested in returning and fixing his leaking repair. I have contacted another roofer.

He had to reschedule because of the bad storms during that period. When he did arrive the work was done quickly and efficiently. He also did cleanup, leaving the home looking nice.

It never went.

They did a good job. Their price was good. They did a thorough job. I paid about $200 on the job. They were very punctual and professional. I will use them again in the future.

Our neighbor recommended him to us and he more than satisfied us; he was wonderful. My cousin had him do a huge job and he was also very satisfied. I feel like his prices are mid-range and I’m always comfortable with them. When he commits to a job he is there every day and he doesn’t leave in the middle to do another job. They come on time and at the end of the day everything is totally cleaned up. He found a lot of moisture under a window and he didn’t want to just cover it up so he did more extensive work. That’s the only price that would be added to final amount; what he tells you is pretty close to it. He looks you straight in the eye when he is talking to you and he is just great. I really didn’t think people like that existed. I would definitely suggest giving him a call and giving him a chance because he is great. He is the first person I’ll call if we need anything else.

He is very good and very reliable. We have used him two times. We researched pricing and his was very good. His work is very good and we would recommend him to anybody and we have. His price wasn't the cheapest, but considering everything it was the best.

Excellent service. I was impressed with the work ethics of Bill and his crew. They showed up every day early. They cleaned up every day and stowed away their tools and supplies. They worked on the roof in the extreme heat of summer. I felt so sorry for them when they were ripping off the old roof. The dirt and the heat must have been unbearable. Bill was very meticulous with every detail of the job. He repaired the chimney, which a previous contractor had botched up. The materials he used were first rate and he consulted us with every step of the job.

Made call to contractor. He came over and looked over repairs. Came back within two weeks and finished the job.

Although we had references and saw examples of Bill's work, we were still uneasy about dealing with someone new to us. We hoped for the best and were not disappointed. Bill's crew showed up when they were supposed to, early in the morning, and put in a full day's work. We were pleased with the way in which they thoroughly cleaned up after the demolition work, but we still hadn't seen what they were capable of building. After they constructed the deck and started putting on the siding, we liked what we saw. Bill took the initiative to correct any pre-existing problems he encountered, instead of covering them up. He showed a great deal of attention to details that we may have overlooked and pointed out changes that we agreed would improve the final outcome. Bill worked according to his plan and finished the job on schedule.
