From my initial phone call (never underestimate the value a of a human being actually answering the phone in your time of need) to the time the job was finished was less than three hours. I never used to have a 'go-to' plumber. Now I do. The price was very reasonable. The courtesy and professionalism were a refreshing change from what I normally get. THIS is the guy you should call.
