The professionalism of everyone associated with Trunzo Roofing was extremely refreshing. The owner Frank arrived for the repair with 2 other men. These guys are the best. They did the work quickly and professionally and cleaned the property when they were done. This is the 3rd .roof that he had done.

When I requested a written bid he stated he was not going to waste his time in writing one. That the job would be 1200. I told him that I was accepting bids from other contractors and would need a written submission. He then wrote on a piece of blank paper, told him I needed a proper bid submission. He became arrogant and told me that he has been in business for 35 years and was not going to waste his time writing a bid for 1,200. Told him I was not interested and he called me a "Dick" He then stated he did not have his laptop to write up a bid, told him he could do it later or over the weekend and submit. He once again became arrogant calling me a "Dick" over a 1,200 job....if I didn't like what he did I could tear up his bid, which I crumbled in front of him. He had a few choice words and left. Can not see how this man has been in business. One of the most unprofessional business encounters I have ever had. Very disappointed.

This company did beautiful roofing work at a reasonable cost, and owner Frank Trunzo is very personable and knowledgeable. He fully explained everything that he and his team were going to do, as well as some additional issues that were discovered during the job. We were very satisfied with the time schedule, the cost and the result.
