Tru-Green did lawn and shrub treatment for the 2013 season. Included fertilizing, insect treatment and weed control. I had to do the control again after there regular treatment. I had to treat shrubs for borer worms myself. | |

They did some over the season work and now they would be doing more work. They charged me $800 a year for four scheduled seeding and weeding of the lawn, shrubs and trees. They guarantee the work. If you are not satisfied they would send somebody back out to do whatever you are not satisfied with. The only problem I had was that they were a little confusing with their billing and what they do at a given time. The last time they came they were supposed to do a seed and weed but they did only a seed because he said the weeds would kill the grass. They said they would come back to do the weeds but nobodies come. They scheduled an appointment but I haven’t heard from them as yet. I will have to call them and straighten it out. They are a little pricey but the good thing is they guarantee their work. The quality is excellent.

They service a wide and large area. I had no apples the year before and this year I had many apples. My neighbor called it an apple tree on steroids; so it definitely worked. What stands out them is that they are one of the few that provide that service and guarantee their work. Let’s say that it didn’t work and the tree didn’t perform, you can go back to them and tell them that it didn’t work. In other places, they don’t guarantee that you’ll get any results. I do think they are expensive, but I also know that they put a guarantee on it; so if you put a guarantee on, it would end up being more expensive.
