Pica HVAC

I had trouble lighting the pilot for my natural gas furnace so I called the gas company to come out and look at it. The gas company technician told me exactly which parts needed to be replaced. I called two HVAC contractors, the second being PICA HVAC. The first one I called was not very accommodating over the phone but the woman I spoke with from PICA HVAC (Abby) told me that someone would be able to come to my house within two hours! Steve, the PICA technician, showed up within an hour and was able to replace both faulty parts while also instructing me proper routine maintenance techniques. He offered their services for future issues including plumbing which I will CERTAINLY take advantage of if necessary. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about PICA HVAC, their staff or their service. Truly top-notch, customer-friendly and cost-competitive.

I was in panic mode the past few days as there was a water leak under my house. The floors were starting to buldge and were getting all hot and damp. I kept the main off until they arrived to lessen the damage. Within a few hours the PICA team had it figured out and successfully got it done! It was a messy job, however the tech cleaned up after himself and got it all complete without issue. This is the second time I've hired PICA HVAC the first time was with my central air. A few months back the air was not working at air, just blowing warm air. The tech they sent out that time, again, as today's very professional and neat in workmanship. You couldn't ask for a better team to have on speed dial! Thanks TEAM PICA!
