Description of Work: Reglazed shower stall and jetted garden tub. Matched other bathroom fixtures in color very well. Excellent prep job preparing bathroom so as to avoid overspray; however, did not return to remove paper, tape, etc. or recaulk..was not aware of this until job was over with...was extremely surprised and felt I didn't have to ask in advance... |never assume!

+ -1 moreEventually, someone from the office called me to tell me I would not be getting any estimate - as the individual provider,,representing Perma Glaze/Perma Crete, had a back problem that would prevent him from being able to do the job properly. There was no offer of a refund or any alternative solution. The man didn't have the decency and/or professionalism to tell me this himself. I, myself, am a long term back sufferer and have the medical bills to prove it. I never once used my disability as an excuse to not guarantee my work and services. I am now in the process of contacting other contractors, that hopefully will be willing to correct the problem left by Perma Glaze / Perma Crete. This problem could have been handled better just by continuing the communication and working towards an acceptable solution to resolve this issue.
Description of Work: Painted new concrete / cement patio with Appropriate paint. This was originally done in 2011. The paint lifted off the concrete making the patio an eyesore. They came back in 2012 and performed the very same process hoping for a different result.The gentleman was cordial. The paint lifted off again. We contacted the provider to report the problem occurred yet again. This is now 2013 and we still have an eyesore for a patio. I was willing to pay for a more expensive process in order to correct this eyesore / problem. I was assured they could correct the problem by going with this more expensive, elaborate process. I was promised an estimate within a few days. After a week, I starting calling for the estimate. I never got one.

Description of Work: I had 3 estimates to replace my bathroom tub and shower.One was $2000 higher and the other $400 than the bathrenew price.They did an excellent job and replaced,not covered my tub.It took 1.5 days to complete the job and they cleaned up and took all the old materials with them.I included some upgrade supplies and still got the best price by $400 dollars over the highly advertised competitors. I was highly satisfied with the finished product
