We had gotten a quote from Mesko Glass for some replacement windows. They were VERY competitive on their price (they were the second lowest). We decided to go with Mesko for several reasons. They are local and have been in business for over 50 years. The windows themselves are manufactured locally (by a sister company of Mesko) and the window manufacturer is very reputable. After we accepted their bid, they sent out a fellow to get measurements and then we had to wait 3 weeks for the windows to be manufactured. When they were done, we were contacted and the installers came out and installed the windows. We were very pleased with Mesko and I would definitely use them in the future. In fact, I had Mesko replace the windshield in my car as well. My only caution would be that they didn't seem overly concerned with having a contract or much else official. Having worked in the construction industry in the past, I kind of anticipated having a contract with a scope of work so there was no confusion.

Their service is slow and they don't seem to respond very quickly. They were nice when they came out but they are just slow.

They are good and dealing with them is easy. One can walk in with a drawing or template or whatever you want and they can copy it and get it ready for you in a few days. They are excellent. I was happy with what I got.

We called and were told we would get a call back. We didn't, so we called again. This second time we were called back, and a person came at approximately the agreed upon time. He was quite rude, however, and quoted a very high price. We later got the window repaired for about 1/10 of what was quoted.
