TERRIBLE !!! .DO NOT use this company !!! Total waste of money. The Furnace was shot, He failed to mention this and the fact that fire was actually coming out of the firebox, TWO companies I called refused to even start it saying it was a fire trap.. I had also paid for wood infestation insect inspection.. He did not notice the Carpenter bees in the rafters I guess. I had to get an exterminator for that. I could have used these problems as negotiating points on the house purchase, instead I spent a lot of money on what he missed.

Pat did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the property. Took the time to explain each observation made whether good or bad. Was thoughtful to involve my 9 year old son in the process by allowing him to do minor checks, turn light switches on/off etc.

Pat Kelly was able to schedule me within 5 days of me contacting him for a home inspection. I'm one of those people who hates to be late, so I arrived to the inspection 10 minutes early only to find he was already there--definitely a great thing! This is my first home purchase and therefore my first home inspection, and Pat was wonderful with addressing all of my questions as well as providing some great advice as to how to make some minor repairs myself such as changing out some older electrical sockets and light switches. The inspection itself was just under three hours and included a 2-car detached garage, 1100 square feet of living space, as well as a full attic and full basement. The thing that most impressed me with Mr. Kelly was how he treated me. I'm a woman in her mid-twenties buying a home as a single person and with all of his advice about home repairs not once did he suggest that he thought I was getting in over my head by trying to do repairs myself--in fact he did the exact opposite and reassured me that I would have no problem doing most of the work without having the additional cost of contractors. Being the very strong-willed independent woman I am, I appreciated his more "modern" view on the ability of a woman to do manual labor. I would recommend Pat Kelly to anyone and would definitely use him in the future.

Pat was very professional, worked with our schedules to meet with us at the property. He performed the inspection and then walked us through the house & property. He was very clear about what was acceptable or would be a problem in the future.
