Description of Work: Called th\is servieman 3 times for an estimate on replacing an electric water heater with a tankless gas unit. He never returned one call!!!!

+ -1 moreI did not have an emergency just old deteriorating equipment ready to go at any time. He does very neat precise work. I am having him come back for additional repairs and replacement of old, outdated, inefficient equipment.
Description of Work: Instillation of a 50 gal. water heater, special type energy efficient. This also involved some pipe and valve work to straighten out an outdated inferior set-up. Instillation of a 50 gal. well water storage tank with a new tank tee kit.

Description of Work: When we had a problem with a the baseboard heat leaking in our bedroom (and of course right in the middle of a real cold winter) he came immediately.
