DUNMORE APPLIANCE OUTLET

My first experience with dunmore appliance was great! My sales associate was pleasant, prices were reasonable, and I left the store feeling more than happy. My second, and possibly last, experience was off-putting and rude. There was no "wiggle-room" on the price the gentleman gave me even though when I called, I was told the price would be $200 less. He was also less than helpful when I needed assistance with my previous delivery. The sales associate I previously had stepped in and helped me, but he was less than helpful.

Spoke to service department and explained the problem. Was told to trip the breaker wait ten minutes and restart the washer. They then hung up on me. Did what they said numerous times but it didn't work. Called back and told them and they would schedule someone to come and see what was wrong. Told them that I had to have someone come and disconnect the dryer and she said they don't do that. I tried to explain again, and she told me they don't do it. She said to call general electronic and hung up on me again.
