Description of Work: We went to this company due to the low prices they offer. We gave them the exact specifications taken by a big box retailer and gave them the opportunity to match the price for 9 doors. They beat the prices by approx $400. They said the doors would be ready in a week. It took the 3 1/2 weeks. They said they would have them delivered to our house for an additional $100. On the day they were supposed to deliver, they never showed up. When we called them they said, "Our truck broke down and we won't have it for a few weeks so you will have to pick them up yourselves." We don't have a truck so now we had to find someone that did and pay them more to unload the doors. The doors came damaged. Chipped and warped. We called to ask why and their response was, "Those are what we had in stock." They also send us the hinges with the wrong finish. They sent gold, not brushed nickel. When we called regarding this, their response was, "Sorry, I will run up to Home Depot tonight and get the correct ones." We called the next day to pick up the correct hinges and they never responded to our message. 4 days later they tell us that they have ordered them and they will arrive in a day or 2. A week later from that conversation the correct hinges arrived. We would have never known if we didn't call. Now we are almost 6 weeks after the date they said the doors would arrive. Our installer tell us that they sent 2 doors that were 4" shorter than the ones we had ordered and were on the invoice. We called - again- and they said they would check what they had in stock and get back to us. No return call from them. We call for 2 more days until they finally answer the phone. The female owner tells us, "I will refund your credit card as soon as I get off the phone with you." We check our bank the next day and there is no refund. We wait another week and there is no refund. We call them and the male owner tells us that he has to order the doors but before he does that,
