 + -1 moreAdvanced Air Conditioning & Heating has been our been our HVAC service company of choice for about 3 years now. They are responsive, fast and highly knowledgeable. They have been quick to respond and there for us in two separate emergency situations when nobody else was. We will always reach out to them for any future HVAC related issues. In the future we also plan to use them for installing ductless systems in our 2nd floor unit. Excellent service and very professional, highly recommend!

 + -1 moreVery well. Pat and Dave work very well together. They never seemed to get in the others way. Each knew what had to be done and their part of the repair. Excellent workers and excellent company. Would I call them for any additional service?? ABSOLUTELY!!
Description of Work: a/c cooling motor had ceased to function. Contacted several companies and was told minimum of two weeks for an appointment. I contacted ADVANCED and got a much better response. Pat and Dave showed up and went right to work on the problem. In less than four hours a/c was up and running. Starting capacitor and fan motor had been replaced, cooling coils had been cleaned (spotlessly I might add), freon had been checked and then checked the furnace filters.

We srevice ALL makes and brands from the Very old to the new high tech. NO DIRT TO CLEAN UP WHEN WE ARE DONE. We use plastic runners, drop cloths, and Vacuum cleaners while we work to keep your house clean. We like to leave it "Cleaner than we found it" and we can give you names and references of the last jobs we did!
We do not do Boilers, steam systems, Plumbing, toilets, faucets, etc. That Stuff is for the angies list Plumbers!
