+ 2 moreArt and his crew were very pleasant and did a great job. Art helped us get cabinets for the laundry room at his contractor pricing and even gave us some oak doors for the water, sewer and electrical access openings.
Description of Work: Art built a laundry room and additional shelving in our basement. After completion of the basement work he replaced an exterior deteriorated section of stucco board and trim at the rear of our house.

+ -1 moreART, STEVE AND LARRY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE ALWAYS PROMPT, PUNCTUAL, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP, WHICH IS SOMETHING YOU SEE LESS AND LESS OF THESE DAYS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL THREE-SEASON ROOM TO ENJOY FOR YEARS TO COME.
Description of Work: REMOVED EXISTING SCREEN ENCLOSURE AND INSTALLED A PGT NATURESCAPE THREE-SEASON PATIO ROOM WITH EZE-BREEZE SLIDING PANELS. ROOM WAS INSTALLED UNDER EXISTING ROOF AND ON EXISTING DECK. ALSO REMOVED TWO SKYLIGHTS AND FRAME OPENING IN EXISTING PATIO ROOF AND COVERED WITH PLYWOOD, FELT PAPER AND SHINGLES. ON INSIDE EXISTING CEILING AND UPPER WALLS, COVERED WITH PRO-SERIES VINYL SOFFIT. ALSO TRIMMED OFF EXISTING TRIANGULAR SHAPED WINDOWS IN UPPER WALL WITH VINYL, CREATING A VIRTUALLY MAINTENANCE FREE ROOM. RAN WIRING FOR CEILING FAN; REPAIRED ROOF AND DOWN SPOUT THAT ABUTTED PATIO ROOM; PAINTED EXISTING EXTERIOR WOOD TRIM ON PATIO ROOM; AND TRIMMED EXTERIOR 3-PANEL FRENCH DOOR WITH VINYL.
