 + -1 moreThe plumber was a half hour late and came with a bad attitude. The company charged my $838.00 for 1.5 hours of labor. I feel this price was a gouge because I had no option. He didn't even caulk the toile to the new tile floor. I would not recommend this company
Description of Work: I needed a new toilet installed on a new tile floor, I supplied the toilet from Ferguson Enterprises

Description of Work: Replaced sump pump and sump pump backup system. Brad did a very professional installation job and returned a week later to explain care and maintenance. ***Bear in mind the sump pump back-up system that they offer is very expensive.

 + -1 moreThey were very friendly. They also came to my grandmother's home quickly to fix something. They even sent thank you cards to their customers. I just really appreciate that kind of attitude.
Description of Work: Ray Shaffer Plumbing worked for me. Over the summer, they rebuilt the piping under my sink and put in new water line. Also, in the past, they fixed my clogged sink drains.
