carpet installation
 + -1 moreIt went fine. They moved furniture. They were here on time and they finished in the time they said it would take them. The left the area clean when they were done. Three people came out and they were very polite and professional. They explained everything they were going to do. There were no extra charges.
Description of Work: They installed carpet in the entire upstairs. Four bedrooms, the hall, stairs, and a bathroom.

 + -1 moreJoe is a very personable, responsive and prompt professional. He returned my call for an estimate that day. He came to measure at our mutual convenience. He was thorough and gave us good advice about the carpet we were considering buying, the way we were going to do the stairs, amounts of carpet, explained the power stretch method and padding considerations. His estimate was fair and prompt. We ultimately went with the installer provided by the company who we bought the carpet from as the price was reduced by packaging the deal. We would highly recommend Joe and would have hired him ourselves had the package deal from the carpet company not been available. If we have additional carpet needs in the future, we will call Joe.
Description of Work: Estimate on carpet installation in three bedrooms, hall, and basement including removing existing carpet, move furniture, cost of padding and carpeting stairs.
