Smoothly done job with attention to detail at the end, including moving mulch back against foundation and securing downspouts and loose outlet. Once the weather allowed the job to start, Ed was prompt, thorough, and careful. He worked around the rose bushes and behind the shrubs with no damage to them.
Description of Work: Removed loose stucco from foundation and chimney. Installed wire mesh, applied base and finish coats.

They didn't get back to me. I called them and left a message. No return call. Weeks later they sent a written estimate with no explanation or apology. By then the work was already done by another contractor.
Description of Work: Contacted Cappel for a quote on stucco work. They said they would get back to me in exactly 3 days.

I used their website to request a quote. I described my project the best I could. I never got a response. Then, I called their number and left a detailed message describing the project and two separate contact numbers (one with an answering machine and another with voice mail) and nobody ever called me back.
