I would say about 40 percent of the time they do not pick up garbage on the contract date specified, so you never know when they will be around to get it. Leaving your unsightly garbage piled up at the curb while the rest of the block had theirs picked up be responsible and reliable providers.
Description of Work: They claim to be an affordable garbage collector by a rep who comes around door to door with a great rate. However, in the months since service has been very undependable. They have postponed pickup at least 5 times because of "weather" related problems, yet the other 25 or so providers in the area never had to cancel pickup. So I am the only one on the block with garbage still sitting at the curb for an extra day or two, sometimes in swealtering heat. I will definately be switching back to my old provider when this contract is up! Update: They again this week didn't pick up and I called and cancelled the contract. They have totally not upheld their end of the contract! Every other week they have a excuse for not picking up garbage while every other hauler in town does pick up! Enough was enough! Time to return to a reliable hauler!
