I entered the job I needed done and my phone number on Homeadvisor.com and in a few days Nate called me. The same day he called he was up on our roof doing what needed to be done. That's what I call customer service! The price was extremely reasonable, too.

We waited to be worked into Mr. Sausser's schedule but it was well worth it. The new roof is great and was completed in three days. This was on a house we own in PA as we live in VA so getting work done on this house is always a challenge, this job was easy to schedule and to complete.

Nate gave me an estimate on a Friday and the roof was started the following Monday and completed by Tuesday afternoon. He and his team are very professional and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone .They are true professionals.

Great family business. Came and give estimate in under a week and had the job completed 5 days later. I was under a crunch by the insurance company, they promised to have it done by my deadline and went well above my expectations. I'm already planning on hiring them for future I need done. I received 4 estimates, Sausser Cont. was the lowest. One of the big reasons I hired him over the others, other than price were the reviews from other people. I am glad I did He did a professional job and cleaned up as they were going so the paper wasn't blowing around on the neighbors property. He is very polite and family oriented. He has a great sense of humor and I felt at ease the first time I met him because we started joking soon after we met. He was very understanding with what we wanted and I felt he gave us the best price for the job. He was on time, in fact he came a week early and finished the job just about when he promised, unfortunately Mother Nature slowed him down the first day because of Rain.

The project was completed on time and for the amount that we agreed on. The Sausser crew cleaned the worksite daily.

Sausser was able to complete the job, but I waited well over a month.
