Sausser Contracting

I had hired them once before but was unaware at the second attempt. As it turns out, I was calling them to repair the same thing the had fixed 3 years earlier. This time, much less satisfied. Nate showed up for a quote, but I guess the job was too small for him, so I never got the promised quote despite my attempts to contact him. Guess I need to try another contractor.

They showed up and didn't call first, couldn't get a hold of them to see if they were done.

Very quick to respond for an estimate, very nice to deal with, they did a really good job, I actually had them back a second time for a separate roofing project since there first job was done so well.

We hired Sausser Contracting to replace our existing deck. The work performed was outstanding. Nate and his team provided excellent customer service. All work was performed on time and on budget. Do yourself a favor and hire Nate and his team. You will be extremly satisfied.

A little late, but did exactly what I asked. Finished the job that day in windy cold conditions and left the work area just as they found it.

This guy said he would come to my house for an estimate on a deck but never showed up (2 weeks ago.) Hope he wasn't in a wreck on the way over.

I entered the job I needed done and my phone number on Homeadvisor.com and in a few days Nate called me. The same day he called he was up on our roof doing what needed to be done. That's what I call customer service! The price was extremely reasonable, too.

They called me on 6/18/15 and told me they would be there on Monday 10/26 or Tuesday 10/27. They did not show OR called me. On 10/30/15 I called them again to see what happen. They told me they would be there in the afternoon of 10/30 and would call me that night. They never called. Don't know if they ever showed up! I understand problems but can't understand not even calling!! I had other possible jobs for them!!

We waited to be worked into Mr. Sausser's schedule but it was well worth it. The new roof is great and was completed in three days. This was on a house we own in PA as we live in VA so getting work done on this house is always a challenge, this job was easy to schedule and to complete.
