About us

Losch Services Inc. was formed in 2014 as an employee re-organization of the company. Operating without any debt, and private (employee) equity available for re-investment, training and modernization of equipment, Losch services is positioned for our next 85 years of service. Losch Boiler Sales and Service was established in 1929 as a service company for the famous Losch coal stoker manufactured by the Losch Boiler Company of Summit Station, PA (a separate entity). In 1946, Losch was one of the first plumbing and heating companies to begin delivering home heating oil to homes in a predominantly coal heated region. In 1987, Losch started trading under the name Losch Plumbing and Heating, Inc. Although Losch still serviced coal stokers at the time, the name change was enacted to reinforce that Losch was engaged in all types of plumbing and heating service. Losch Services Inc. now offers an array of services including plumbing, heating, light electrical, carpentry, bathroom remodel, home repairs, drain and sewer cleaning, well pumps, water heaters and natural gas, oil, propane or coal furnace installations to thousands of satisfied customers throughout Schuylkill and surrounding counties.

I live in an old house and the pipes going to the second floor bathtub/shower started to leak. Along with that the toilet bowl also started to come loose and leak out. I called a few places before Losch and got nothing but a runaround. Finally called Losch and they came out and did an estimate. I hired them and we agreed on a start date. They canceled the first two scheduled start dates, but finally showed on the third go. At that point everything went pretty well, he worked thru till it was done. He was very professional and hard working. I would definitly use them again.
Description of Work: New pipes for the Tub and Shower along with new fixtures. Toilet leak repairs.
