Epoxy Floor Experts

To say I had a bad epoxy job done on my basement floor would be an understatement. The guy I hired wasn't the cheapest, he had examples of work he had done and was in the community. He did zero prep work and did not use the correct epoxy. There were sharp peaks in the flooring, bubbles and nothing was blended. It was sloppy at best. EPOXY FLOOR EXPERTS TO THE RESCUE! I was a bit traumatized by the first go around but the team at Epoxy Floor Experts were patient, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Every step from the first call to review the project, to the contract, to installation was as smooth as they epoxy they installed. The team had to work hard to remove the epoxy and prep the floor properly. I would not have blamed them for being aggravated, but they were not. They hustled and were always a pleasure to interact with. The finished project is really awesome, such a difference. They completed my garage floor as well, different colors in each area and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them without hesitation. I am also so grateful for how they were able to correct the mess that was left for them. You would never know.

Worst company I ever dealt with. They promised a wonderful warranty to repair and seal patio as needed. After the first year they guaranteed nothing and charged outrageously high fees to reseal and said repairs wouldn’t work. Avoid this company!

awful. Workers did a fine job, but we had a few issues and had to deal with completely unprofessional owner. Now a year later the deck is in bad shape- worse than what we replaced. These guys should be avoided at all costs

I can't recommend this business because of the way they do business. I contracted them to resurface my deck on 8-16-19. They started the job, after numerous phone calls, on 11-18-19 and completed it on the 20th, only they did not do everything they were contracted to do. By the next day it was bubbling up in numerous places. Again after numerous phone calls, they came 7-16-20 and removed the old coating; returning on 7-29 to work and completing the job on 8-14. Less than hour after leaving, the last 4 ft. of the deck had 100s on bubbles in it. Crew returned on 9-28 to again remove the old coating and seal the deck surface. Today is October 7th and am still waiting. . . Constant phone calls are needed to get anything done!

Excuse me?? You need my husband to present when you come to give a quote?? I am the one handling all of our renovations. I handle multi million dollar commercial budgets at work all on my own. I'm the numbers person in the family. Get with the program guys - it's 2019, not 1919.

Excellent!!! I would have never known anyone was here working except for the fact that I had an amazing new porch when I got home.

I got good compliments about it. The service was great. They had it all done in 2 days and they came back 2 days later and did a final touch up. They're attention to details are marvelous.

They gave us a free estimate. They were very polite. They did most of the work when we were not home, but they were always working hard when we were here. They worked around our schedule. It took them about a week to complete the job, but they did have to accommodate and work around the rainy weather.

They came out when they said they would. They were professional and on time. They helped me move belongings out of the garage and put them in a trailer that they brought to store them. The job took a couple of days from start to finish. We love the floor that they did and so does everyone else that sees it.
