Workmen were great – Took pains to keep clean, work well together, work quietly. Issues were sales – Promised repeatedly to finish in 2 to 3 days, not possible, took 6 days. Management should not promise what is physically not doable. Also no one ever came to check completed work. (Workman, Greg & Monty were great!)

Start of job got delayed several days but they did notify us of the delay. Once work began it was completed within 3 days, including complete clean-up of all debris.

The work crew was pleasant and polite. There were a few delays when work was interrupted due to illness, but this was communicated by them in a satisfactory way.

Everything went very smoothly. Tim & Rick arrived on time each day. They kept us informed of all the things they were doing. Made suggestions that we did not think of. Had to call them back for a minor problem, which they corrected right away.

Our start date was scheduled for March & they moved up date to Jan and gave us a quick check to pay for Feb payment on our loan because we were preparing financially for March! Work was completed in 2 days. Guys were very respectful. It started to rain when they left and we picked up 5 coffee cans (qt size) of nails left behind. Also I fixed the gutter guard & in the process discovered a spot at the corner of the porch where the bare wood was showing. They left one bundle of shingles, so I placed one in where it belonged. If I didn't work in construction before I retire, I would have needed to call them back. Otherwise, I like the job & look of the roof.

Took longer because someone did not correctly calculate right amount of materials.

The work was originally scheduled for June 1, but was moved up to the beginning of May due to availability. I had hoped they would have contacted me the day before to ensure me they were coming, but that would have been extra for them. The guys showed up on time, and with the proper tools. The two individuals were friendly and respectful of my property. They took the time to show me some things while replacing my windows and discussed some of the things they were doing which was nice. They windows were replaced in a timely manner, they were not rushing as my house was their only job of the day. I was happy they were being paid hourly, not by-the-job, so there was no need to hurry. I had a bay window replaced with a slider, they "flashed" the outside, and created a new "sill" on the inside which was a concern of mine. The windows were brand new and seem to be exactly what I ordered. They are performing well and I do not have any issues with them. I like the design we picked out and they are clean and nice. At the end of the job,bthey did not leave any debris or garbage. They also took the time to ask me if their job was satisfactory.

Perfect. Jason was always professional, responsive, and practical. He worked with us as a liaison for us to the insurance company after a storm. He was absolutely excellent. Jason knows his industry, has been in the business for decades, is a supreme communicator, and operates more in the service mode than sales mode. When his team arrived, Caleb the crew chief was outstanding. They worked very diligently in all conditions, were all quite respectful, completed a professional job, and were communicative through the whole process. The company did such a great job, I highly recommended him to my sister, and my parents. The company completed work for them as well and were just as impressive with the performance on their contracts. Jason is an outstanding business person and it permeates throughout his entire organization. I rate him and his company as superior A+ and HIGHLY recommend!

Joshua and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. They were courteous, briefed me on their progress and thoroughly cleaned up the workspace before leaving each day. The inside ceiling turned out better than I had anticipated (we still need to paint), the roof looks great & the recapping of the windows makes them look brand new. This is the third project we have used American Remodeling Enterprises for.

Everything went better than I thought it would. I was impressed with everyone's level of professionalism. My husband was impressed how the original contract was so detailed and everything mentioned in the contract was done without anyone saying there was additional fees to pay.

Very well . Had a problem today so I called them they came right out and fixed the problem. Response time was very fast. The two guys that came out very professional. If you need a roof with a warranty use this contractor.

The sales rep. showed up on time. However, as soon as she was told I'm not signing today on a verbal quote for approx. $50,000, she closed her sample book and left. I had requested a written quote and she said she would email the quote. The appt. was on 09 Mach 2017 and it is now 03 April 2017 with no email. The office did call and I told them there was never a quote emailed. They said they would check and I never heard from them again.

We went with a surround for the bath area instead of tiles. We like the results very much and the guys were very nice to work with. They were very reliable and showed up on scheduled days. They were very respectful of the rest of the house and covered stairs, entry and hallway with appropriate floor protection. They did not order enough floor tile at first, but worked diligently to correct the problem and order more. They were able to do other work while waiting for the tile. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. We were very pleased with workmanship. Nice company to do business with.

Our roof was a probably about three years overdue for replacement. By the time we finally got around to getting an estimate, it was a leaky, mold-infested mess. Fortunately, American Remodeling was sending people door-to-door in our area offering free estimates. The sales-person who came to our house for the estimate was very thorough. He showed us where all of the problems were and gave us a price. Honestly, we were feeling a bit pressured by some of his sales talk and we actually considered backing out at one point. However, we did some research on the company and saw what an excellent reputation it had. When the sales-person called us back a few days later, he was willing to negotiated and we were able to agree on a price that we felt comfortable with. A couple of days after that, the owner of the company came by our house and we signed the paper work. He even brought some Pink Panther stuffed animals for our kids, which they loved. We set up a tentative date for them to get started on the roof the following Wednesday. This was mid-February, mind you, and a major storm was set to arrive that Thursday. We were worried that the job would be put off. However, a crew of about fifteen workers showed up that Wednesday morning. They were amazingly efficient and hard working, and they were able to finish our whole roof by the early afternoon. This involved pulling up the old shingles, putting the new roof on, and cleaning everything up. A big snow and wind storm hit the next day, so the roof was given an immediate test; everything held up. My next-door neighbor, who knows a thing about roofing, commented to me that he had never seen a better roofing crew in his life. He said that it would have taken any one else several days to do the job. The roof itself looks fantastic. The sales person recommended several colors that he thought would work with our house and the one we picked looks great with our brick exterior. Every time I walk or drive past my front yard now, I always have to admire how much better our house looks. My only complaint is that I did have to call the company back to get them to do the mold remediation, but they sent a guy out within a couple of days. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Kutztown area or any other area that they serve.

Overall performance I'd give American Remodeling a B. Price (A+): Their price point was extremely competitive. They offer 25 month interest free financing and a competitive warranty on parts and labor. They worked with me on budget and we settled on a great price. Quality (B-): Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work. The house looks good and many people have complimented their work. Their team was nice to work with and the guys on site were great. I think the project went longer than expected...it was a LARGE job and we had many weather delays along the way. With that said - the team was rushed to complete towards the end and left a few of the smaller details unfinished. They could have used another day to give their work one last review with homeowner before packing up, but they were already committed to the next job. As the homeowner, I notice a few small discrepancies and had to make some calls to get corrected. Responsiveness (C-): Their responsiveness is the only area that needs work. The good - the original consultation was fast...very fast. I filled out the request for info form on the website and had a phone call within 24 hours. Shorty thereafter, I had a rep walk around my house and provide a quote on the same day. Everything went very fast. The not so good - some of the smaller unfinished details as noted above became big problems during winter months. A few weeks after their team left, I sent an email to the address I have on file from their website with a small summary of issues that I found (nail pops, uncaulked seams, so on - little things). 3+ weeks passed with no response and the nail pops turned into trim ripping from the house due to wind. Sent another email. No response. Made some calls, left some messages. No response at either number. 4ish weeks after the initial email I called again and made contact. They informed me that their team was aware (from one of my messages) and will fix once ice melted from roof. That was good news, but was never communicated to the homeowner. All issues were corrected about 4 weeks after my first attempt to contact. Punctuality (A+): Everybody was where they said they'd be when they said they'd be there. As previously stated, the overall timeline was fast. Once the contract was signed, they stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date on their start date. No delays. Professionalism (A+): No issues - the guys were great to have at my house almost everyday for a few weeks. Very respectful of space and surroundings.

After our down spout came loose in a wind storm I called American Remodeling to have it secured. Jason, the owner, immediately made room in their schedule, really secured and strapped it tightly, and then noticing the difficulty in opening the fence gave a solution how to adjust. The rain spout is perfect (and severely tested with today's heavy rains) and my fence door has not worked so well for years. He always delivers beyond your expectations. This isn't the first time he's been that way. Several months ago had torrential downpours that came so hard it overflowed the rain gutter. I found water in the basement. Thinking it was the rain runoff from the roof, I called Jason. When he came to inspect he found the water entered through the electric meter and down into circuit panel. The caulking on the seal of the electric meter and entry point had cracked and was allowing water to enter through the meter and wires. He sealed the meter... problem gone. He takes his profession seriously and cares for your home like it was his own. If it involves insurance claims he goes to bat for customers. I can not say enough positive about Jason, American Remodeling, or the work they perform. Absolutely, perfect to deal with on projects big or small.

salesman was pushy was more interested in my personal vehicles than the job. When it came time for warranty work I called them multiple times to ask them come fix the problems

Installer on time and kept me in formed of his progress four to five hours to complete job. Called on 6/10 recording the handle lock sticking and am awaiting a response P S. on 6/13 the lock was fixed early in the morning.

2 workers arrived in morning did their work cleaned up inside & outside and were finished all in 1 day.

Had our roof done on a cold April morning. Time and never stopped till job was done. Very courteous and polite. Did great job of cleaning up. Revered sister-she also got a cut!

The crew ( I believe Chris) was the lead were respectful & knowledgeable, did a great job and I would request this crew to do future jobs on my home.

The job took significantly longer than originally scheduled and it didn?t start on the specified date. Once completed, I was satisfied with the final results.
