It was several days after a big slushy snow fall and I needed to have the driveway plowed at a vacant property of mine. The temperature had dropped dramatically after the snowfall (slushfall really) and I was in a bit of a bind because the whole thing was frozen hard as a rock by the time I was able to get up there. I called a couple other snow removal services, and the first two I called had answering machines. I left messages on the first two (never receiving an answer by the way) and the third time was a charm. I spoke to Mrs. Whitehouse and she advised me to have it done right away because the temperature had risen and we had better get it done before the next cold air mass moved in. I agreed, and TWO HOURS LATER I got a call from Mr. Whitehouse letting me know the driveway that I thought was hopeless was clear. I was brought up in an age when this sort of service was commonplace. Now it's rare. It's good to know there are folks like this still around. It brightened my outlook appreciably.

Paul Whitehouse was a man of his word and came back the following day after our cherry tree split. He took the tree down, cleaned up the mess, and was done soon after noon. He answered our questions, was courteous, and did his work in a professional manner.

We've been working with Paul Whitehouse for almost 20 years to keep our many evergreens in shape, and to remove dead trees in the woods bordering our home. He and his crew are quick to respond and will do the job to your specifications, i.e., cut and stack the wood for your use, haul the wood away, etc. His prices are more than reasonable and he responds quickly to the job. Cleanup is very good after large and small jobs. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Whitehouse Tree and Shrub Care was excellent in every way. They gave me an estimate on Sunday and came Tuesday to do the work. His crew finished the job in about 6 hours.

Appeared on time and went right to work. Knew what had to be done and finished without any problems, etc.
