Poorly. Just came and did the work when we were away when he was supposed to arrange a time with us. He did not do the work we wanted him to do and the weeds grew back very quickly.

It went very well. We werent home when did the job so when we came home ot was a pleasant surprise

Ken and his staff were prompt, courteous, and professional. They completed all jobs quickly and the price matched the estimate.

Ken and his staff came and cleaned out my flower beds and re-edged the beds so they looked good for pictures for my daughters wedding. They were punctual, listened to my concerns about how the beds needed to look very good for pictures, and cleaned the entire area. They gave me advice on what I might plant (after the wedding of course) since something ate my lillies. They were very cordial and nice- even though the temperatures were getting hot! It did not take very long since they were very methodical and worked together very nicely! I will definitely use them in the future!

Arrived first thing in the morning, professional and polite. The job was quick and done with absolute efficiency. The yard and lawn look wonderful. Would hire them in a heart beat again to do my yard and other work to help maintain my home. Knowledgeable and experienced with lawn, yard, I spoke to them about my outside deck issues and fence! As well as few other outside problems that I was having..excellent help.

I was extremely pleased with their work. All shrubs looked trimmed tight and beautiful. They cleaned up every bit of cuttings around all the shrubs. Ken called me later to ask if everything was done to my satisfaction and I told him I was very pleased. In fact, I will be calling him again to schedule a date in August to come out again.

Ken and his team did a great job. Careful, neat, and particularly gentle around emerging bulbs. Would totally use them again!

Great. There were 3 men who came and they had the work done in several hours.

It was absolutely positive. A very very nice man. The only thing that was tough was the driveway and their 24 ft trailer. I highly recommend him to anybody.

Ken and his partner Harry arrived a few minutes early for the job and did not delay in setting up. They were quite patient while I allowed my dogs to meander around them while working. I finally decided to put them in the house noticing that they would be quite distracting. Since I had to leave for work after a few minutes, Ken said they would probably be done by noon. I gave Ken my phone numbers and told him I would come home at noon to let the dogs out. I came home and everything was cleaned up to perfection and installation of the door was beautiful! The manufacturers instructions were left for me to review. Ken followed-up later in the evening with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. I can only say that Ken and Harry were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did a perfect job.

Ken and his worker had arrived early and were done before noon. They were so fast and the work was to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the outcome. They cleaned up and left the place as clean as they found it. They are generally lawn and snow removal service, but do carpentry and handyman service in the winter months. We already have them scheduled for another job.

He showed up with 3 guys, I considered all 3 men to be professional and hard working fellows. They rarely did much talking and just worked hard to get the assigned task done by a certain time frame, as my contract was for 4 man hours. They did exceed the contract by roughly 15 mins, but they left me really satisfied with their work. It is rare when I take a few minutes of my time to compliment a company for good work. So the fact that I am writing a review, says something about the company.

3 men came on time. Trimmed one lilac bush and removed the other. Weeded 2 large garden beds. The weather was hot and humid that day and these 3 men worked non-stop for almost 2 full hours till the job was completed. The men were very pleasant and hard-working.

The workers were on time, coordinated as a team for the task at hand and highly proficient. They did an excellent job. The crew was friendly, engaging and professional. This is a well managed team that performs at a high level as evident by the quality of their work. I would recommend them without any reservations.

The service was good. They never billed me for it, I called them 3 times, but they haven't sent it to me. Normally they are pretty good. They will call me when they are done, and if I am not home, I will get home and check it, and they leave the bill at the door. There are times when they have told me they can't come out, but they have rearranged things and come out. He will give you a promised time for coming out, and if he says he will be out within the next 3 days, he is here before the 3 days.

Ken provides handyman service in addition to lawn service. Our work was done in excellent fashion and efficientlly.

They came when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. It couldn't be any better. They were on time and didn't leave any mess. It was great! I thought I could have gotten a better price.

I called to have a spring clean up performed. His shop is about 3 miles from my house, so I thought I would give him a try and support my local businesses. I got the answering machine which identified that it was Ken's. I never got a return call. I found someone else to do the work.

They did a great job and we would use them again in the future.

I will be most definitely beusing Ken's Lawn service again. I needed lawn and flower bed cleanup and was very happy with this company. Ken responded to me very quickly after I purchased the Deal and scheduled a time to come by and see what I needed. He was polite, prompt, and friendly. Only a 3 day turnaround time from purchase to completion of the job was certainly not what I expected, but is what I got :) Price was right and service and quality of work was excellent- and no debris left behind in my driveway! I would highly recommend his services!

We have been using Ken's lawn on an ongoing basis for the past year during our extended vacations. They arrive when scheduled, complete the job exactly as we request it, and generally keep an eye on things. They do our total lawn care in our absence, usually two months at a time, several times each year. We will be hiring them again this month. We can't say enough good things about their work, and we value the personal touch that they bring to their business.
