Description of Work: They are friendly & reliable in showing up but not consistent in quality of cleaning. Maybe a factor of different personnel frequently. We have a very large home, including 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, finished basement & they do not a lot themselves enough time to finish properly. They frequently run out of time leaving my hardwood floors unwashed. They are more concerned with finishing in 3 hours regardless of what has not been finished. With complaining, they will come back to resolve

 + -1 moreIn our experience, they are very good. They show up when they are supposed to. Two of the ladies in the crew are very diligent. There are a couple of people that they dragged along with them that they should have left outside. There are always three people that show up. The price is competitive. We think it's less risky to use them, because they have insurance and they're good people. They are good about responding to you. The two full-time ladies are professional.
Description of Work: They cleaned the house. They rotate some of the tasks, so they don't do it all at once.
