Overall, the service was very prompt and professional. The electrician replaced the outlets and did an inspection of the electrical system in the house. However, he quoted us a very expensive price to replace the electric panel box. He said it would approximately 2,600 dollars and then suggested we have all of our wiring/outlets replaced for an additional 2,600 dollars. We felt that the price that was quoted to us was ridiculous. We were also able to get the work done much cheaper (at about 25% of the price) when we got a second opinion. Additionally, you pay a service fee of 67 dollars just to have your problem assessed.

Mister Sparky was wonderful. I called to make the appointment for the work to be performed and they were able to schedule me the following two days, back-to-back, so all the work could be done at once. The technician who performed the work was the same technician who did my estimate in April (Daniel) and he was FANTASTIC. I left him to do his thing while I went to work all day and he provided his cell phone number so I could call with any questions. He updated me on my lunch break, and again the following morning on the work he was doing. He was very thorough in explaining everything he was working on, and answered all of my questions. All of the work was done professionally and he cleaned up when he was done. And, not only was he on time both days, the first day he showed up ten minutes early and I hadn't gotten there yet so he ended up waiting for me!

We have an older home...the upstairs wiring had never been updated. We ran into an issue and had no power to the upstairs. We called Mister Sparky, they came to evaluate on Monday and were able to start Wednesday. They stayed within the quote they gave us...plus they guarentee their work. Gabe was the young man we dealt with the most and Dan worked with him. I was extremely impressed with their prefessionalism and respect for our home. They were polite and took teh time to answer our questions with an explanantion I could understand. I cannot praise the service and work Mister Sparky offers enough. I would recommend them and will definetly use their service again when needed.

Gabe has been wonderful. He has let us know what progress he has made everyday and what he planned to do the next day.The first time he came to our house, when he was leaving, he saw a piece of trash in the yard and picked it up!
