After I accepted their written estimate they were immediately ready to actually do the conversion. They always called first to be sure I was home and they always arrived when they stated they would do so. The technician that performed the service was highly skilled and motivated to perform the conversion and carried out all of the details involved with such a conversion. Part of the estimate included draining and removing the existing oil tank from our basement, and they did so in a very timely and thorough manner. After the total conversion was completed they plugged the holes in the basement wall where the oil pipe came in to the oil tank, and they cleaned up any remaining left over trash. Finally they tested the entire system for leaks and found none, but advised me to call our local natural gas provider, Valley Energy, to come out and perform a safety check. When Valley Energy arrived and did the safety check no leaks were found. In conclusion I would highly recommend John H .Murray to anyone in my area that is also planning to conver to natural gas
