My 80 year old mother had a furnace that was kicking on and off and functioning sporadically and the temps were dropping to the high 30s inside. The owner, John Vincent I believe (?), came to inspect the unit. It worked properly for him for some reason and as soon as he left the heat stopped working again. He did not address the issue and charged $165 for 10 minutes of working claiming that there was nothing wrong with the unit. I then discovered a safety switch that was not engaging and repaired it myself. The blower was then not shutting off. On his second visit he found a switch in the wrong position and corrected it. When I asked if he was going to stay a while to verify that it was working he said that he already did that and that the "******* unit was ******* working right the first time". It was NOT. I sent a video of the malfunction. Keep this animal away from your family, especially elderly women that are just trying to keep warm in this harsh winter of 2025.

I've been going to them for years and they've come out a few times to repair the old one. Finally, we had to replace it. The price was always very reasonable with their coming out to replace little parts on it. It was reasonable. Their responsiveness was right away.
