Delighted with the service. Within an hour after contacting Good NEWS Drain Service, Bret was on the job. He finished the job in a jiffy. Charged the lowest amount quoted to clear out the drain. Responded very quickly at 10:30pm. Was able to diagnose the problem. He had to refer me to another company. He followed up the next day to ensure everything was OK and the other company handled the issue.

My ceiling started leaking yesterday and Brett responded quickly!! He told me he has a little camera to see where the leak was coming from so he wouldnâ  t have a make a huge whole in my ceiling and I was very happy to hear that. He came out this morning, found the issue and fixed it!! He was also very kind and fixed a separate issue (that has nothing to do with the leak) we had in our bathroom. Highly recommend and Iâ  ve finally found someone reliable to fix our plumbing issues!
