Rowe picked up the phone when we called, made an appointment within a short time-frame, and got the job done well in a few hours for a very reasonable price."

"The new ProVia storm door is beautiful, but I can't even open it half-way before it strikes my hanging front door light. This issue was never raised by the sales person who came to measure my front door. When the installers arrived, they identified the issue, but they told me the light fixture could be raised to accommodate the new storm door. It was only AFTER installation that I was told the light fixture could not be raised sufficiently, and I needed a new one. Basically, I cannot use my front door until I buy a new light fixture and hire an electrician to install it."
