Art came and looked at the roof--gave options and when I chose to have entire roof repaired (it was old and needed it), Art walked me through the different types of shingles etc. Scheduled to have roof done--and Art's team came in while I was out of town, put on new roof and left the place clean. You could hardly notice they were there except for the new roof and wood rot replacement. Art was honest, and gave sound advice.

I had a problem with water leaking around the windows in the rear of my house. I had damage to the drywall around the windows, and when it rained I could see water coming in and causing more damage to the drywall. Art came out in September to look at a problem. He said it was a problem with the siding above the window, and he could fix it by caulking the siding. He gave me a verbal estimate and told me he could do the job within two weeks, so I decided to go with him. I asked him to send a written estimate of the work and he agreed. Three weeks later, I didn't hear back from him or receive the written estimate. I called him, and he told me he would email the estimate within a day or two and would be out to do the work within about a week. Two weeks later I called back since I heard nothing from him. He again told me he would be out within two weeks to do the work. Another two weeks passed and I did not hear from him. When I called back, he told me he was really busy and would get to me when he could. I told him that I wasted a lot of time waiting for him to do the work, and he told me I was at the top of his priority list and he would get to me on one of his and quot;maintenance daysand quot;. It's now almost four months later and I haven't heard back from him. I would not recommend them for any job.

When they left everything was cleaned up and all debris was hauled away.

He was extremely polite and thorough. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the services provided. We will use him again in the future.
