+ -1 moreI used Joe for approximately 8 years. He always did good work. Then after Covid, he raised prices over 75%. I combined a window and gutter cleaning and he charged $240.00. When I complained about the charges, he "Fired" me as a customer.

Description of Work: They usually wash windows, they will wash my chandelier in the hall, and they will clean my gutters. I think I had gutters and chandelier done in April. Can't remember cost but very reasonable.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreI've used this company several times and am very happy with their quality and price. A crew of 3-5 men show up and they are quick, professional and friendly. My only "constructive feedback" is that they sometimes can be a bit difficult to schedule with, you may need to call a few weeks in advance (but now that I know that, it is not a problem).
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside ($75) and out ($50).

+ -1 moreI have had Joe clean my windows every other month for about 7 years. He and his crew are dependable, and do a fine job. Twice a year he calls and sets a date to do the interior. They do a nice job.
Description of Work: Window cleaning. Joe and his crew clean ALL of my (many) outside windows, and twice-yearly do the interior ones.

+ -1 moreIt is very uplifting to have all the windows in the house sparkling clean - especially when the sun shines. The job was completed in about 2 1/2 hours. The ladders and cleaning supplies were very professional as they could reach windows and chandelier glass far out of my reach. I am little concerned that I am being overcharged.
Description of Work: Both the interior and exterior windows were cleaned by a two man crew. We were charged $140 for the insides and $115 for the outsides. They also cleaned the entry way chandelier for $90.
