JAMES REFRIGERATION HEATING

I have been relying on the James brothers for years, in my current home and in my two previous residences. I have never been disappointed in their products, their work, or their customer service. They have earned my trust, so I am happy to recommend them.

I called James Refrigeration on a Weekend to fix a natural gas furnace. The furnace in a home I was selling was blowing cold air. The closing for the sale was Monday. I needed it repaired quickly. They came on Sunday to look at it and quickly got heat going is less than1 hour. They returned Monday morning to finish the job. The price was very reasonable considering it was a weekend. This was a older unit and it was not even one their installations and they still came out. They had installed a new furnace for me in my other home and now they are going to install a new central a/c unit. Great guys and they treat you like family.

Rich provided me with two estimates for two different units (better and best) and did not pressure me to go with the more expensive one. He gave me materials on both units and encouraged me to research online before making my choice. He responds to calls quickly, and the price was exactly what was on the estimate. He showed up on time on the day scheduled and worked late so that I could have the system running that day.
