Sams did a great job of replacing the carpet in two of our rooms. They came out and took measurements. Then, we visited their showroom to select the carpet and padding. Within a few days they were able to come and install. They did a great job and everything looks fabulous. They will be our and quot;go toand quot; flooring people for future jobs!

From choosing the flooring to having it installed the process went very smoothly. The tile I chose were 24x24 installed on a diagonal and this is not a job for the average contractor. Sams Flooring gave a fair price and did the installation on the day that I asked for and finished the job without any issues.

The grout for the tile failed immediately after installation. We needed to have a distributor rep come to inspect it in order to decide how to correct it. I realize that this was not the fault of Sam's Flooring. However, it was 2 months until they finally got back to the job to complete it. We were offered nothing other than an apology for the inconvenience. We are happy with the quality of the work.

An initial consultation took place in our home and lasted approximately two hours. Initial measurements were made to determine size of the project (over 1600 square feet of flooring was to be installed). We visited Sam's Flooring place of business and selected the flooring we wanted. A contract was promptly produced, signed, with a reasonable deposit made to order the materials. The advertised schedule of events which followed was executed exactly. The two workmen who performed all the work over a period of nine days were absolutely superb. It was obvious from the beginning of the project that we had the best team possible at work. We knew this project would be a messy one, but the workmen assigned did everything possible to minimize the mess. At the end of each day they conducted a complete cleanup of the work area. Their attention to detail was very professional and greatly appreciated. The end product of the hardwood flooring is beautiful. We know we made the right decision in selecting Sam's Flooring for the job, and we highly recommend them to anyone desiring an outstanding professional result.

They were excellent to work with. We went to see what they offered and were afraid that they would be significantly more expensive, but were told by the sales people to give them a chance to quote. They came in with an offer that was very close to the big box stores. Also, their installers were the best to work with. Well worth the price and we plan to have them come in to do more in the future.

Flooring was installed and the gaps appeared. We called Sam's and it has taken several months to respond.

The sales people we worked with were great. Helped decide on color and style of tile as well as countertop suggestions and backsplash ideas. Very helpful, courteous and easy to work with. Ceramic tile was glued to plywood, which made the removal more difficult than expected. They had to bring in a 1,500 lb. piece of equipment in to remove the tile (after checking the floor joices because of the weight of machine). They were professional, polite, and worked hard to get the job completed. It did take 1/2 day longer, because the difficult tile removal, but was all worth it! Will definitely use their services again.

We shopped around for flooring. Sam's was not the cheapest. We decided to go with them and told them the room was insulated (including the floor) but not heated in the winter. They recommended this laminate flooring, which was installed like wood flooring in strips. The individual strips are now separating and the floor looks terrible. We have made four requests (in person and on the telephone) for them to come out and look at the floor (they say they will set up a time to come out), and we have received no response. We will never purchase from Sam's Flooring in the future! Sam's contacted us to make the flooring right. They credited the entire cost of the floor on replacement ceramic flooring on the porch. We are satisfied.

The work was expertly performed with outstanding results. It is unlikely that another company would achieve the same outcome.

I had checked prices around the area and they were very competitive. When we were selecting the flooring the service peopel were excellent...no pressure. The installers did a superb job, cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't have asked for a better job. They have done work for us in the past that was also excellent. When we first ordered the flooring we went over to inspect the product and were unhappy with it. Sam's was excellent about our decision, they returned the product and ordered new materail without hassle. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
