Kitchen Cabinets Factory Direct

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jake and George, and their company! We recently built a new home, and had Kitchen Cabinets Factory Direct design and install our kitchen. Everything about the process was seamless, and they were so easy to work with. I went in with a very specific idea in mind, including color choices. There was a large selection of cabinet choices, including style, color, make, etc that customizing a kitchen to our wishes was quite easy! My husband and I presented them with a few challenges along the way, because we weren't as on top of things as we should have been, but Jake and George made everything work. For instance, we wanted to create our own hood above the cooktop, so Jake cut out all of the pieces needed to finish the trim and had everything ready for my husband to do his end of the project. We didn't have our baseboard up yet, but Jake got all of the baseboard pieces ready to go for around the cabinets, trimmed them so they'd fit in the area perfectly, and then labeled everything for us. We had a friend make a large wood island top for us, and he wasn't able to have it ready on time for Jake and George. Not a problem...Jake and George made it work and got us set up so that all we had to do was have the top delivered and it was ready to go. I also found a picture of a hutch that I loved and wanted to replicate in our kitchen. Jake was able to use the picture to help us create a built in hutch that is beautiful!! And the icing on the cake was how neat and respectful the company is when in your home. Even though we weren't living in our house at the time, George and Jake made sure to clean up every day when they left, and at the end we were left with a beautiful kitchen!!!

The project started with a planning meeting with Jake. While visiting our home, he examined our existing kitchen, listened to our vision and talked to us about what we wanted the end result to be. Then he talked to us about how our ideas and vision fit into our planned budget. Jake had some great ideas for us on how we could achieve our vision on our budget while maximizing our existing space. Jake then completed three layouts of the proposed kitchen. We reviewed the computer generated designs in detail with Jake, making adjustments and discussing ideas and concepts we had never even considered such as incorporating my wife's dream of an island in our kitchen. This island was only possible based on Jake's ability to design and create this custom piece for the space available. From there we visited their showroom to begin the selection of kitchen cabinets to complete the quote. They offered a wide variety of premium quality cabinets for us to select from. Once we agreed to the layout we made a final selection of cabinets and fixtures. Jake arranged for us to meet his preferred countertop company another locally owned family business that offered a wide variety of options and price points. From there we setup the execution phase of the remodel. Jake arrived on time and the project was completed on time and as planned. Without a question Jake is one of the finest craftsman I have ever seen. He is patient, meticulous and highly skilled. No shortcuts were taken, in fact in a couple of places Jake took it upon himself to make corrections to other construction concerns in the kitchen. All the needed subcontracted work (electrical, etc) was handled by Jake and was completed in a professional manner and at a reasonable price. Overall our experience with Kitchen Cabinets Factory Direct exceeded our expectations. They did not just remodel our kitchen they created a warm, inviting, functional space for our family that we love and that can be used to entertain. In fact since the kitchen remodel was completed we have eaten at our island space probably 90% of the time. We cannot thank Jake enough for the work he has done and would highly recommend him to any of our neighbors or friends who are seeking a kitchen remodel.

We are so happy with everything that was done to our kitchen. They did not leave out any details. George and Jake were very pleasant and cooperative with all of our desires. We were consulted throughout the process. They were prompt and courteous. The outside workers they provided for putting up the backsplash were also great. We were very pleased with every aspect of our remodel. We would recommend their work to everyone. They do superior work in a very professional manner.
