+ -1 moreEverything went great. He even came down to my house to perform the repairs in the evening so I didn't have to take time off work or arrange for someone to be at my house. He also put up with my curious cats and dog checking in on him though everything.
Description of Work: Diagnostics to determine why oven wasn't igniting. He determined the control board wasn't functioning. After replacement of control board he also replaced ignitor as it was going. He even cleaned behind my dirty oven when he was moving things! He always kept me up to date from what was going on.

+ -1 more#1 Ed from Munch Appliance Repair was fast, efficient, found the problem and got it working right away. #2 Ed answered me on a Sunday, and was there on Monday afternoon. He took it apart, figured out the problem. He ordered a new unit in case it was needed, but what he thought was the problem actually was, and he didn't just replace something that didn't need replacing. I would recommend Ed Munch at Munch Appliance Repair to anyone!
Description of Work: The first time I needed to have our washing machine repaired. The second time, it was the ice maker on our freezer.
