We hired Jeff Bollinger, who works under the names of Bollinger Construction and Integrity Contractor Services, LLC, to completely gut and remodel our bathroom. What a nightmare. The project took 4 times as long as discussed, and was the worst interaction we had ever had with a contractor. Jeff was fantastic in the consultative phase of the project, giving us ideas and being very responsive to our phone calls, but once we gave him the job, it was a whole different story. He sub-contracted EVERYTHING, and his sub-contractors didin't even show up half the time. We gave him a key to our house since we both work and never knew who was coming or going or when. The finished project looks ok - from a very far distance. The bathtub was deeply scratched because their guys stood in the tub with work boots on while installing it, the medicine cabinet (very expensive one from Pottery Barn) is chipped (after it was out of the box), the grout on the tile floor cracks regularly because the floor wasn't properly leveled, the ceiling vent is vented to nowhere, and the bottoms of our linen closet door looks like he used a hacksaw to plane it down. We had him install new tile in the shower, and his sub-contractor who did it started from the top and worked his way down, resulting in everything being crooked. Jeff had to tear it all out and get someone else in to start from scratch. We aso purchased bathroom paint primer for him to use, which I think his guys just stole and did not use because our paint regularly peels in the bathroom now. Very lovely. I would not recommend Jeff Bollinger, Bollinger Construction, Integrity Contractor Services, LLC, or whatever he calls his business these days to anyone.

Jeff Bollinger was responsive until after I paid the down payment for my deck and then I never heard from him again and could never reach him.
Description of Work: I hired Bollinger Construction to build a deck on my house. They quoted me a price of $3000, and I paid half as a down payment and told me they would begin work in two weeks. I talked to them once and after that, I never heard from them again. They took my money and never did the work. Never hire this contractor.
