Bill was very professional and fast. He was out same day for a quick repair on a piece of siding and provided estimate for the shed. He was delayed by a few days from his intended start date due to weather, but he wrapped everything up on the first good weather day. Overall, very happy with the job and timeliness of completion.

we. Noticed a small roof leak a few weeks ago, unable ton determine where the source of the leak was coming from. We contacted Bill, whim returned our call promptly and came to the house the very next day. We were given some options formthe leak and also had requested a quote for some additional work capping rake boards with aluminum. Bill's estimate was much more reasonable than the other 2 roofers we contacted and he was very honest and fair about what was needed. Other roofer estimates attempted to say we needed an entire new gutter system and upsell us. We really only needed the gutters to be tightened up onto the flashing. Bill was on time every day, weather permitting, and worked very h****** our project- even taking care of some bees' nest along the way. The job was finishedon time, all materials were cleaned up and we had a very positive experience. We have already used Bill for another property to coat an existing roof and we had a fast and affordable experience. I highly recommend using Bill Ingram on any roof or siding work you may have.

William was knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. His assistant was equally as professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his extra effort, and his work is better than what was originally done. Also, the price was reasonable.

Bill was a complete pleasure to deal with. His professionalism restored my faith in the roofing profession. His service was prompt, accurate and reasonably priced. He made helpful suggestions to improve preventive measures to ensure the health of the roof. If you need a honest, dependable roofer, do not look any further.

Bill was prompt with the estimate and gave clear, concise, detail on the particulars of what the job would entail in plain English. He also showed me a sample of one of the materials that would be used. When the day came for the job to be done, it was done within 5 hours and it looks amazing and functions great! We plan on using Bill again for other roofing/gutter projects. A++++ all the way!

So far so good! We wont know until the next rain,but so far our experience with Billy has been great!

I feel it's inappropriate to include an area in advertisement when the service provider doesn't really intend to work there.

Contacted vendor to fix leaky vent pipe on roof. He came out the next day I contacted him, went up on roof for a quote and the following day did the job. Was very quick and thorough, showed me exactly the problem (torn seal between pipe and roof), and also checked out the roof for loose shingles, gutter problems, etc. Also very honest - he miscounted the number of pipes he needed to fix and wasn't going to charge me for the extra one, but I insisted! Price was also very good - our neighbors had contacted other companies to do the same service and they were charging triple the cost. All in all, a very good experience and will be recommending to our friends and neighbors.

Bill responded within the hour. Came to estimate that day. repaired the roof the next day.

Bill patched our roof after a storm. He's very honest in my opinion, hard working, intelligent and fair. I recommend him to anyone who wants professional work done for a fair price.

He was punctual and offered two estimates. One estimate included only the missing shingles, the other included the price of a bundle of shingles for future repairs, if necessary. We chose to pay more and have the extra shingles on hand for future use.

I was very pleased with the communication with this company. Because we didn't need any work done at this time, Bill refused to let me pay him for his time. That was very much appreciated, although I would have felt better if I had been able to give him something! We would definitely call on Ingram again, and recommend him to friends and neighbors!

He came out and checked the roof. He worked very hard trying to find the leak, and even brought in someone else for a second opinion. They didn't find any major leak, but he patched a few bare spots. He was very honest with me about not being able to find a major problem, which I appreciated. I am going to be contacting him in the future for more work.

In the past, I have been disappointed by local roofers not showing up, or having to put up with shipwright syndrome "While you have me here I should...." I joined Angie's list yesterday to find someone like Mr Ingram. Within 24 hrs of joining Angie's list and reaching out to Mr Ingram, I am writing his check and publishing this report, he is that responsive. He replied on email the first thing today and gave me an estimate of what I would be expecting to pay 'for a few shingles'. He checked my roof at the house and rang me at work to confirm his estimate and that he had the matching shingles that he needed for the job, and then did it. My son tells me he was on the roof putting nails in shingles for 'about an hour'. I could not ask for more. He is my go-to roofer from here on.

Bill Ingram was prompt and professional. He took a piece of broken siding and matched piece perfectly. He also checked the rest of the house and tightened siding that had become loose. Mr. Ingram called me back immediately and did the whole job in one week. I would hire him again.

I sent Bill an email but did not get a response for awhile. I called and left a message. Bill quickly returned my call. (He said that he was having trouble with his computer.) He came out and gave an estimate. The estimate was very good. I made a deposit. He had to finish a current job before he could start mine. That was fine with me. He called and said that he could come out to work on the siding. He came one day and finished the next day. He was very pleasant and professional to work with. He came when he said that he was coming. The siding looks GREAT. I am very happy doing business with him and very satisfied with the work that he did. I would recommend Bill to anyone for big or small jobs.

He returned calls quickly. Showed up when he said he would. Gave a fair estimate and did the work quickly. Very professional and the work was done correctly.

They did a good job. They were direct, they told us what they were going to do, did what they said they were going to do, and there were no surprises.

They responded quickly, and gave an estimate the next day. The work was done on schedule and well. He was pleasant and quick.

My concern was that Bill was only going to be doing patch work and not fix the roof properly, i.ee he was just going to use tape to patch where it appeared the roof was going to leak. When trying to follow up with him via phone he was always on a roof doing another job so he could not talk and I would have to call him back later.

We have used Bill on two occasions, one the roofing job described above and earlier, when a leak in a very high peak appeared after a snow storm. Bill found and fixed the leak [which had had a repair earlier which failed]. He then checked out the entire roof, which is complex as the house was built and altered over a century or so. He did minor repairs and included them in the very modest price for the leak. We had him back to put shingles on a bay window and a small front porch, with flashing replaced on the window. He completed the work in a day, was punctual, very hard working and left the site totally cleared up, with no damage to either the house or the plant life around it. Honest, capable and reliable are not words always associated with roofers, but describe Bill Ingrams exactly. We rely on him for any roof work. We don't need siding as we have a stone house.

Bill, is very efficient in providing the quote. He is straight forward with no frills. The only issue I have with Bill is that he was always on a roof working when I tried to call him, it is good since he is busy but bad because I always had to call him back later in the evening when he was not working.

I received a response to my call quickly, and Mr. Ingram was out the next day to look at the job. He left the estimate that day. When I decided to go with his bid, he again got back to me quickly, and was able to come out within 1 or 2 days to perform the work. The work was completed in a 1 1/2 days and he left the area neat and clean. The shed roof looks great and the siding is repaired and stronger than it was originally.

I chose this roofer from Angies List because he had excellent reviews so I had good expectations. He returned my call promptly and said he would come to our house sometime the next day depending when he got done the job he was doing. At about 3:30 the next day he called to say he couldn't make it and since it was very windy that day it was ok with me. He made appt for the following afternoon. He didn't show but called that night and said he had a death in his family and had to make arrangements but would come after the weekend on monday. He never showed and we never heard from him again.
