Description of Work: We used Billy after hurricane Irene last year and were very pleased. . Great price, prompt service. . Unfortunately, after hurricane Sandy, we had the exact same issue. When I spoke to him, he seemed annoyed because he was swamped, and told me it was due to the driving winds and that there was nothing he could do, but he would come take s look when things died down. .I have yet to get a return call after a few attempts. I read other reviews complaining about his lack of responsiveness, but the good reviews were more than the bad so we gave it a shot.I was very disappointed to see that his professionalism has dropped. I even asked if there was a way to block the crawl space if the roof was not the issue, but no response. VERY disappointing since he was such a pleasure the first time. . So I guess. . Take your chances. . You may get the Billy we got the first time. And I assure you. .what I have written did take place. . His response to negative reviews is usually that they have him confused with someone else.

Description of Work: We made an appointment with Mr. Ingram to have him repair the roof on our house, which had been damaged in a windstorm. Mr. Ingram failed to show up on the appointed day, and he failed to call to let us know that he was not coming. As a result, we failed to line up another roofer, and our roof failed to get repaired before the next rainstorm.

Description of Work: I called Bill on July 10 describing that I had shingles missing. He came back July 11, replaced the shingles. Checked the roof and found potential problems. Will return on the 14th. His promptness and honesty is great and his rates are quite reasonable.

Description of Work: I ignored the discoloration (signs of water damage) around the flashing on my roof and dove right into the planned remodeling of my bathroom. I figured I could make it through the summer and repair the roof as I needed. As most stories go, the weather didn t hold and I was running over budget on my bathroom. I had pots and pans in my office catching the water from the leaks in my flashing that were pouring in my house. I called Bill who was vacationing down the shore and explained my issue and he was there first thing. We talked about the problem area on the roof and also he pointed out a problem that I knew I had with my Gutters. By Wednesday, I had new Gutters with a down spout, my roof was completely repaired, and not nearly as much pain on my overall budget.

Description of Work: Replaced an 8 foot piece of damaged capping which blew down due to excessive winds.

Description of Work: I called Bill to fix a leak in the roof between the house and garage. I ask him to do a quick visual inspection while he was up there. He noticed my roof vents were loose and the collar to a vent pipe wasn't in good shape. He nailed down the vents and sealed around the pipe although informing me it wouldn't last forever but it was a quick fix but I should have a new collar installed at some point.
