He was a very nice guy, but it's been three days and our deck already has peeling paint. He didn't wash, sand, or prep the deck at all before slapping a new coat of paint on it. The deck was painted on Tuesday and it's now Saturday, so only a few days later. Terrible job for $1250. Edit: To his credit, he came back and fixed the peeling paint with no issues. He definitely wanted to do a good job, so I can appreciate that.
