H&H Home Inspection

Paul was on the property before our agreed upon time and had already walked the grounds and had taken pictures. The great thing was that my husband and I were looking for a home inspector to work on a Saturday and were lucky enough to get Paul. He was very informative, told us exactly what was wrong and approximate costs to repair. He gave us a list of items that should absolutely be fixed and a list of items that we could fix in the future.

Paul was on time and very professional. I hired him to inspect a home I am considering purchasing and rehabbing. We walked all around the grounds outside and top to bottom inside. We spoke about anything he saw that was cause for concern and Paul provided very detailed explanations of everything he saw and even gave me estimates and information on how the repairs should be handled. He was very patient with me and my 100 questions and took his time. He was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone in need of an inspector and would definitely hire him again.
